Privacy Policy

นโยบายฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยบริษัท สยามวิลัย ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ จำกัด ("บริษัท", "เรา") ผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์ม SVLM Home ซึ่งประกอบด้วยแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับลูกค้า (Customer), พนักงาน/ช่าง/แม่บ้าน (Staff), และฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ (Operations) เอกสารนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

This policy is issued by Siamvilai Development Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we") operator of the SVLM Home platform, covering the Customer app, the Staff app (technicians/maids), and the Operations app. It describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

Customers: name, phone, email, service address, booking history, saved payment method labels, tax invoice details (if requested), your login identifier from Google/Facebook/LINE if you sign in that way, chat messages/images with staff or support, and any reviews/ratings you submit.
Job applicants/staff (technicians and maids): name, phone, email, age, national ID number, religion, nationality, service area, vehicle ownership, criminal background check result, ID card photo, bank book photo, profile photo, portfolio photos (technicians), company/Tax ID (corporate technicians), and LINE user ID (for job notifications).
Automatically collected: session tokens that keep you signed in (stored in your browser's local storage, not tracking cookies), and basic access logs for security and rate-limiting purposes.

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

To manage bookings and staff assignment, process payments and issue tax invoices, send LINE notifications about bookings/jobs, screen job applicants and administer HR records, calculate pay and statutory withholding tax, handle complaints and customer support, and comply with Thai accounting and tax law.

3. คุกกี้และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์

เราไม่ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อการโฆษณาหรือติดตามพฤติกรรมข้ามเว็บไซต์ ระบบใช้ Local Storage ของเบราว์เซอร์เพื่อเก็บโทเค็นการเข้าสู่ระบบเท่านั้น ข้อมูลนี้อยู่บนอุปกรณ์ของท่านและใช้เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเท่านั้น ท่านสามารถลบข้อมูลนี้ได้ด้วยการออกจากระบบ หรือล้างข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The apps use browser local storage solely to hold your sign-in token; this stays on your device and is used only to authenticate requests to our servers. You can clear it by signing out or clearing your browser data.

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่อบุคคลที่สาม

ปัจจุบันระบบยังไม่มีการเชื่อมต่อผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินอัตโนมัติ (payment gateway) — การยืนยันการชำระเงินดำเนินการโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้บุคคลที่สามเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาด

LINE Corporation — to deliver booking/job notifications if you link a LINE account. Google/Facebook — if you sign in via these providers, we receive your account identifier from them. Google Maps — to display service areas/addresses, where enabled. The Thai Revenue Department — we are legally required to remit staff withholding tax once earnings exceed the statutory threshold. No automated payment gateway is connected yet; payment confirmation is currently done manually by Operations staff. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

ข้อมูลการจอง การชำระเงิน และบัญชี/ภาษี จะถูกเก็บรักษาตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีของไทยกำหนด (โดยทั่วไปไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี) เอกสารประกอบการสมัครงาน (บัตรประชาชน, ผลตรวจประวัติอาชญากรรม ฯลฯ) จะถูกเก็บไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาการจ้างงาน และจะถูกลบภายในระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสมหากใบสมัครไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติ เว้นแต่มีเหตุจำเป็นทางกฎหมายให้เก็บต่อไป ข้อความแชทและภาพถ่ายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจองจะถูกเก็บไว้เพื่อใช้อ้างอิงในกรณีมีข้อร้องเรียน

Booking, payment, and accounting/tax records are retained as required by Thai law (generally at least 5 years). HR application documents (ID card, background check, etc.) are kept for the duration of employment and deleted within a reasonable period if an application is not approved, unless we are legally required to keep them longer. Chat messages and job photos tied to a booking are retained to resolve complaints or disputes.

6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ จำกัดการประมวลผล โอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมที่ให้ไว้ ทั้งนี้ภายใต้ข้อยกเว้นที่เรามีหน้าที่ ตามกฎหมายต้องเก็บรักษาข้อมูลบางประเภทไว้ (เช่น เอกสารทางบัญชีและภาษี) หากท่านต้องการใช้สิทธิดังกล่าว กรุณาติดต่อเราตามช่องทางด้านล่าง

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, port, and withdraw consent for your personal data — subject to data we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting and tax records). To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below.

7. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

รหัสผ่านของผู้ใช้ทุกคนถูกเข้ารหัสแบบ hash ก่อนบันทึก เอกสารอ่อนไหว เช่น บัตรประชาชน ผลตรวจประวัติอาชญากรรม และหน้าสมุดบัญชี จะไม่เผยแพร่แบบสาธารณะ และเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะผู้ดูแลระบบที่ผ่านการยืนยันตัวตนเท่านั้น ระบบใช้โทเค็นยืนยันตัวตนที่มีอายุการใช้งานจำกัด

All passwords are hashed before storage. Sensitive documents such as ID cards, criminal-background results, and bank book photos are never publicly accessible and can only be viewed by authenticated administrators. Authentication uses expiring session tokens.

8. ข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์

บริการของเราไม่ได้มีไว้สำหรับผู้เยาว์ ผู้สมัครเป็นช่างหรือแม่บ้านต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป

Our services are not directed at minors. Job applicants must be at least 18 years old.

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายนี้

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ฉบับล่าสุดจะเผยแพร่ในหน้านี้เสมอ

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published here.
